PR-TF 83.2 Circular de Las Vegas

This short circular route allows you to get to know the small hamlet of Las Vegas, located in the upper midlands of Granadilla de Abona. Today it is the smallest and most isolated village in the municipality, but it is also the oldest.

After the conquest of the island and the distribution of the land, this was considered the most suitable place to establish the village. The name of the hamlet is due to the presence of “vegas”: fertile, flat soils where rainwater is periodically concentrated, making them very good for cultivation.

The route starts on the road heading north to Pino las Habas, crosses it and takes the path to Lomo del Seco. Before reaching Casa el Seco, turn left towards El Molino and continue until you connect with the PR-TF 83.1 to return to Las Vegas.
